Establishing a Christian ministry frequently requires the incorporation of a non-profit organization and obtaining a tax receipt number from the Canadian and Quebec governments.

The choice of a charter (Federal or Provincial) and its regulations require a judicious study of the organization's objectives if we wish to meet the founders' goals and the government's criteria.
