From its beginning in 2001, the QCCC’s mission has been to offer a wide range of consulting services to Christian charities. In particular, one of the services is to help Christians, that wish to start their ministry, in their incorporation and registration as a charity. Furthermore, in order to help them start on the right foot, the QCCC decided to offer these new ministries secretarial and bookkeeping services.

Since then, the QCCC realized how important it is to offer training courses* to support the churches and ministries which includes accounting, fiscal and legal principles which are customized to their needs as a charity in Quebec. For that reason, the QCCC also developed tool boxes* containing important documentation, specially from the Federal and the Provincial governments, in order to well equip treasurers and administrators of these charities.

In its pursuit of excellence and good stewardship, QCCC also developed a verification program in order to help the charity see if they are conformed in all aspects of their administration, thus securing the administrators and their donors. Also, the quarterly publication of the Info Bulletins** keeps the charities informed of the governmental changes and other pertinent subjects.

The mission being to lighten the administrative burden of those responsible, the QCCC has put a lot of effort in developing tools such as the Book of the Corporation Guide* and the DDR software to issue donation receipts.

• A partnership financially helps to support the QCCC by encouraging them to continue to offer charities, administrative services and consultation at very competitive fees; by helping them undertake the challenge of translating, producing and offering documentation, software, guides, training, Info Bulletins (and even more) in the two official languages of Quebec; by helping them to develop «new tools» to help charities improve themselves, and by giving the QCCC the opportunity to offer new services.
  
  
• A partnership helps the QCCC to continue to be «spokesman» of over 1500 Christian churches and organizations in Quebec to the different levels of governments, to continue to be the «seal of excellence» allowing administrators and donors to find adequate answers and to receive judicial advice to their questions.
  
  
• A partnership helps the QCCC to continue to «develop tools» that will lighten the administrative tasks of those in charge of charities.
